  1. Ransom Note (Type One)

  3. Ransom Note 2.1 has corrected problems and added a few new combinations as well as fixing some "problem" letters that appeared in 2.0.

  5. Ransom Note 2.0 is a significantly updated version of the classic Ransom Note typeface that has been available as shareware for the past two years, and has most recently been featured in the Macintosh Bible from Peachpit Press.

  7. Ransom Note consists of letters and words that appear to have been cut from a magazine and pasted down quickly. In response to the registered users of Ransom Note v1.02 several new features have been added:

  9. • More reversed and outlined letters
  10. • Letters whose edges appear torn or ripped
  11. • Commonly used words in one style accessible with one keystroke
  12. • Truetype version
  13. • Better kerning pairs
  14. • 12 and 24 point bitmaps with Type 1

  16. The words tend to follow the Ransom Note theme. All can be accessed by typing a option-letter or shift-option-letter combination.
